This is interesting. I was deeply involved with a Libra man and I'm an Aquarius. We were awesome together. I felt he was my other half, completely!! I believe I have a blog about our experience.

But, he's an alcoholic and there's no dealing with a man who drinks 15 or more beers a night. Funny thing is, our relationship, with an engagement, lasted 7 years. Yep, I was that connected with him. But our arguments got worse, his cheating got ridiculous with this one woman and all I got out of the whole deal was fat from drinking beer WITH him.

Libra's, Aquarian's and Gemini's seem to mold beautifully together. That's what I look for. I believe you will have a lasting relationship with this woman. Deeper than anyone could imagine!

Oh goodness, I could go on and on about my experience with a Libra guy. He was almost a Libra/Scorpio though with lots and lots of Scorpio in his chart, so maybe that's why it went to hell. With that said, I DID wish it could've worked out. I felt a real connection with him although for some reason he could talk forever with others and barely said a word around me... but I really fell for him, and then he ran for the hills right after we made it "official." So... yeah. Oh well, I got over it.

Anyway, with that said... *I* am actually an Aquarius with a Sag rising like the girl you're after, and knowing that you've got an Aquarius rising, I think these placements mean very very good things for you. Chances are she wants to be with you. That's my guess, given the information you've provided. My moon is in Virgo, not Pisces, but Pisces is a very dreamy and romantic sign and that paired with her Sag rising (although it makes me crave extra space even for an Aquarius, I think it makes me in love with love as well) will also work in your favor.

So I say: go for it! Although, I would recommend you asking her the questions other responders mentioned. She'll probably be completely forthright and honest about it (Sag makes me blunt), so do LISTEN to what she says and not what you wish to hear.

The only thing is that, being 19, I don't know how much relationship experience either of you have, but when I was that age I was much more afraid of hurting people's feelings (I still am, but I'm better at being tactful and assertive about it now), so watch for cues and body language.

If she shifts uncomfortably and looks around as she answers/before answering, then she's unsure. If a huge grin spreads across her face and she can barely contain her excitement, then you're on the road to loooove. :)

And finally, again, with a Sag rising/Aqua sun... we need lotsa space. I mean, I'm affectionate with my guy when we're together and I'll be silly and cute or whatever, but sometimes I'm just in my own world. And when I'm NOT with the guy I'm dating, I tend to be very aloof and again, in my own head... which comes across as me not being as interested (to some) and just forgetful. This is just how we are. Our mind is on a million other things when we're alone, and if you don't take offense to that and allow her the space she needs, she will be forever yours! Assuming everything works out in the asking her out/relationship questions stage, of course. Hehe.
