Like cats & dogs?

Virgo, a half Scorpio/half Gemini-sign, is supposed to have some sort of eternal "beef" with Aquarius! The encounters I´ve, as first decan Virgo, had with aquarians in the past have been with the two "classic" (stereo)types: the weird ones & the rather nasty street-smart characters. A kind of "euugh"-experience from my point of view, like watching things in a terrarium! Colorful, interesting...but thank heaven for that shatter-proof glass! But the other view..? What does water-carriers in general make of Virgo? Just plain boring? The "bacteria-hysteria" stereotype? Too normal?

Do most aquarians even recognize Virgos powers: a PERFECT FUSION between Scorpio & Gemini? Depth & intellect in one package.

Virgos... overly-critical, way too anal, tend to have a "my way is right" attitude with very little respect for other's ways of doing things.

"a PERFECT FUSION between Scorpio & Gemini?"

that seems to be the Virgo attitude... they seem to think that they're perfect.

do i recognize their powers? an incredible ability to hone in on minute details, a striving for perfection, a brilliant ability to organize. yes... that's what aquarians do... recognize everyone's unique talents and abilities.

unfortunately these powers also carry negative sides which too often destroy the good part... focusing so much on small details that they miss the whole picture, striving for perfection to such a degree that they fail to realize the value (and necessity) of "imperfection"... that there is no such thing as "perfect", often confusing their striving for perfection for having achieved it, an inability to deal with anything that's out of order. shatter-proof glass... that's how virgos tend to feel... like they live behind this glass that doesn't allow for communication or understanding between them and anyone around them.

virgo is the sign of the apprentice... of striving for mastery (capricorn). that's the tough part... very few are able to accept the fact that they're apprentices, they want to be masters. but mastery only comes after going through libra, scorpio, and sagittarius, where you learn to work with others who hold different values and have different talents and different ways of doing things.

i think that a virgo who could realize that there is no "perfection", and no "right" or "wrong" way of doing things would be amazing... if they understood that they had their place and way of doing things and everyone else had theirs. then they could use their talents for the benefit of a whole without expecting everyone in the whole to do things their way. but that seems almost impossible for a virgo's orderly intellect to handle.

At least the water-cups got a WORTHY OPPONENT, not some swollen paper-bag filled with hot air or mushy lover lost in dreams! Just imagine SCORPIO equipped with mercurys V12 brain!! That´s something so shockingly powerful it defies all descriptions, it´s like looking into the cold, steely eyes of a Sfinx! An aquarian "friend" at school used to try I pick fights with me, he asked me why I always looked so high & mighty, who did I think that I was etc and I just stared at him in silence with my piercing, dark-brown Scorpy eyes & thought to myself "-So this is aquarius..." Another water-melon (who I had been around since childhood) projected his own inner weirdness on me & asked if I at last had become..normal. As if he had any idea what that word meant! Perhaps this IS the rock in the shoe: order vs. chaos. Virgo is perhaps too rigid and demanding & Aquarians perhaps are more "artist"-types, a bit like father telling son to cut hair & get a job. And last: why is there so much talk about the GOODNESS in aquarius? They just love the whole world & care for all humans everywhere & things like that. When I see psychotic bad-guys with PLAYFUL, EVIL SMILES in horror movies I almost always remember some of the faces of the water-cups I met in my younger years..!

Oh, c'mon, Virgo can be the Felix to our Oscar. Sometimes WE miss things because we're too busy looking @ the big pic rather than minutiae.
How's that for looking for the good in everyone? Hugs to the virgos.

"Oh, c'mon, Virgo can be the Felix to our Oscar. Sometimes WE miss things because we're too busy looking @ the big pic rather than minutiae."

If they can keep from thinking that we should have to become like them, have some respect for what they may see as "chaos", and be able to deal with a little "disorder" (or aquarian order, to put it more aptly). my experience has been that the virgo always tries to pull you into the world of minute detail, rather than realizing that that's their place. i agree... it could be an almost perfect union. unfortunately, i've never been able to work that union out with a virgo... instead of feeling that it's beneficial, it tends to feel limiting.

as for the comparisons of virgo and scorpio... while there are similarities, those similarities are mostly superficial. they're both intense and obsessive in ways, but with very different focuses. virgo... the virgin... someone who has not completely combined with another yet. hopefully some of them learn to combine... but that's scorpio's territory.

Aquarius, Virgo, Scorpio, Gemini, etc. would be alot of brainpower going on, so at times there'd likely be some upship going one on all sides.

I like all these signs and the rest as well. Each having their strengths and vulnerabilities, providing multiple layers that may be discovered during the process of learning about other(s) or oneself.

              :)

I spent a couple of hours this evening watching, Batman: The Dark Knight at the movie theatre.

Earlier in the day, I was cleaning the kitchen and washing clothes, rather meditative and soothing at the same time.

Yeah, saw it with my bro and niece, its a pretty good show. We sat about 3 rows back from the screen and bent our necks the whole time watching with wide bigs eyes tracking from side to side to catch the moves.

Virgo IS a (female) Scorpio, there is nothing superficial about that! The symbols are almost identical & the ancients KNEW NOTHING about any Virgos. Most also have scorpy features like bushy eyebrows & penetrating eyes. But male Scorpys are more of a traditional "boss"-sign (together with Aries & Leo) & the female version is often more withdrawn, but brainier...
